This location is inside McCarren airport Las Vegas terminal A. Ordered the pesto chicken salad which is assembled by hand at time of order. Good sized portion for $9.99(tax adds .82 = $10.81).
Three slices of tomatoes, provolone cheese strip cut, spinach, arugula lettuce, croutons, sun dried tomatoes, and the pesto chicken. Not a wow entree but not bad for airport food
They have about four salad choices, soup of the day and about 6 sandwich selections all about $9.99.

Nice place for food if your are not in a rush. Unlike most pizza express locations, they make the pizzas to order. When I visited, they did not have precooked pizzas sitting under a heat lamp for a quick to go. It's looled like they have the equipment for it but are not using it right now. Located after TSA for terminal A and B, it is not in the busy part of the terminal. I like the area because it is spacious and as busy as Terminal C. It is actually easier to find an electrical outlet. Service was good. Staff was friendly. Pizza was good. The personal size are big enough to fill up on but not big enough to end up carrying your last slice on board. A nice slower, quiet, alternative from the 'busier' parts of the airport.

Food is junk. Service is more junk. The only reason they got my money is because they are in an airport. I don't mind paying high prices when I travel, but the least they can do is act like they care just a little bit. Management needs to start training immediately.

We were changing planes from Concourse B to Concourse C. There wasn't much of interest on B, so when we saw Flatbreadz, it looked better than anything we had seen. My wife and I decided to split a turkey bacon lettuce tomato sandwich on sourdough bread with guacamole and a sriracha spread. It wasn't bad for airport food. Wait wasn't too long for slapping a sandwich together. I've had a lot better sourdough bread elsewhere. After we had reached Concourse C, I wished we had waited to eat. Food selections looked a lot better there.

Pretty decent for airport food. It caught my eye because how the sandwiches were being prepared. I had the (TBLA) Turkey, Bacon, Lettuce & Avacodo on sourdough bread. I thought the Avacodo spread was a nice transition from the traditional Mayo. It didn't come with Cheese which was actually okay. The lettuce and Tomato was a good blended flavor. The only thing I didn't care for was how they didn't grilled or heat the bread, they pulled it right from the bag. So it was the softest or warmest sandwich..
My Fiancé had a Pepperoni and Onion Pizza that's made to order. Which was really good. It wasn't over powered with Marinara sauce either. We encourage joked our food and would recommend this eatery for a light and fresh on the go meal..
